When asking for assistance in determining correct parts, please have the Body I.D. number of your truck available. This can be found on the vehicle identification tag located in the cab area of the truck. Should the vehicle identification tag be lost, please advise and specify make of chassis, year, serial number and complete body information.
Terms
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Or, for companies who have established credit with Morgan Olson, payment terms are net 30 days.
Shipping
All parts are shipped freight prepaid unless otherwise specified.
Customer Service
Claims, Defects and Damage: Claims for shortage must be made within 48 hours
after receipt of shipment. Defective items will be replaced without
charge. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective
parts and does not extend to damages or losses due to the use or
inability to use, or failure to follow specific instructions in use
of any of our products. The purchaser is responsible for filing claims
against the carrier for loss or damage. Returns: We make every effort
to handle each order in a fast, efficient manner.However, if for
some reason you are not satisfied, or your order has been handled
incorrectly, please call our Customer Service department. For returns,
a written or verbal return authorization must be given within 20
days from date of shipment. This authorization number must be posted
on the outside of packages being returned.

Backorders
We attempt to ship all orders complete. However, in the event of backorders, we will ship at our option. Please advise if you do not accept backorders.
